Rattle & Rum is our latest foray?into the stout style; a limited?edition rum and oak chip beer?that weighs in at 7.4% abv. Built?on a foundation of 5 specialty?malts and featuring just one?hop variety, it's rich, boozy, and?brings a little Caribbean flair to?our craft.?

The nose is a combination of?rich espresso and vanilla. It's a?full-bodied expression of the?style with prominent notes of?dark rum, ripe forest berries,and indulgent chocolate?brownies.
